Which parts of Lefkada do you cover?

The whole island and Meganisi: Lefkada Town and the north, the west coast from Agios Nikitas to Athani, the east coast from Lygia to Nidri, the south from Poros and Sivota to Vasiliki, and the hill villages in between. We work only here, so a member of our team is never far from your house.

Question 2

Do I need a registration number to rent out my home?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every holiday let in Greece needs a registration number (ΑΜΑ) from the short-term rental register of the tax authority, and it must be shown on every listing, including ours. If you don't have one yet, we explain the steps and work with your accountant. Some homes operate under a tourist licence (ΕΣΛ/ΜΗΤΕ) instead; we check which applies to yours.

Who receives the money from guests?

You do. Guests pay into your own account, either through the platforms or through our booking system, which pays into your own Stripe account. We never hold your money. Once a month we send you one invoice for our commission, together with the monthly report that shows every booking and the amounts you received.

Question 4

What does management cost?

Accepted Answer

One commission on what you actually receive from each booking, after the platform's commission and the payment fees, not counting the cleaning fee, the climate resilience fee or taxes. There is no monthly fee. Ask us for the exact figures for your house and we will send them to you in writing.

Question 5

Can I still use the house myself?

Accepted Answer

Of course. Tell us the dates you want to keep for yourself or your family, and we close them on every channel at once. It helps to give us your own dates before the season's prices go live, so that guests can't book them first.

Question 6

Who files the declarations and pays the climate resilience fee?

Accepted Answer

You, or your accountant. Greek law puts the registration, the monthly stay declarations and the climate resilience fee on the owner, not on the manager. Each stay must be declared by the 20th of the following month, direct bookings included. Every month we send you or your accountant a list of stays per channel, so nothing is missed.

Question 7

What if I want to stop?

Give us 60 days' notice in writing. The agreement is open-ended, and you can end it at any time with that notice. Your listings, reviews and accounts are in your name, so they stay with you, and we hand over everything you need to carry on without a gap.
