Accessibility statement.

We want anyone looking for a villa, a property or management on Lefkada to be able to use this site: with a mouse, with the keyboard only, with a screen reader, zoomed in or on a phone. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

• Text and buttons have a colour contrast of at least 4.5:1.
• The whole site works with the keyboard, with a visible marker of where you are, and a link to skip straight to the content.
• Photos have descriptions; purely decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
• If your device asks for reduced motion, animations and slideshows stop.
• Forms have labels, and errors are explained in words, not only in colour.
• Pages zoom to 200% without losing content.

• Where a property has a 3D tour, it cannot be read by a screen reader. The same information is on the property page as text and photos.
• The island map is an image; its areas and villas are also listed as links.
• Some third-party documents (for example contracts or certificates) may be scanned PDFs. If you need one in another format, ask us.

If something on the site doesn't work for you, tell us what you were trying to do and on which page: phone or WhatsApp +30 698 042 9891, email hello@lefkadaestate.com. Meanwhile we help you directly, for example by making the booking with you on the phone.

This statement was written in October 2026, and we review it whenever the site changes significantly.
