Villa Cavos stands on the hillside directly above the bay of Mikros Gialos, looking across the Ionian towards Ithaca and Kefalonia. The house is built around a 30-metre infinity pool in the shape of an L, with palms at its corners and the yachts of the bay below.
4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, sleep up to 8. The lounge has windows on 3 sides and a fireplace, and a shaded pergola with a barbecue sits beside the pool. The pebble beach and tavernas of the bay are below the house; Sivota harbour is about 15 minutes by car.

- The road to the villa
For the first stretch of the access road a car that sits a little higher is easier; we send you the directions before you arrive.
- Ground floor without steps, not yet measured
The kitchen, the lounge and a twin en-suite are on one level, but we have not measured doors and turning space, so we cannot yet call the house wheelchair accessible. Ask us and we will check what you need.

“We had a wonderful family stay at Neil's house. The view from the pool is breathtaking, and the house is very comfortable. There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area: towns and villages to visit, boat trips, beautiful beaches, and more.”
“We had the most incredible week. The views were even better than they look, the swimming pool was huge and nice depth - perfect for us. Anastasia was great and on hand to resolve any issues we had. The unmade road up to the villa was a little bumpy but when we arrived and saw the pool and view it was well worth it. Thank you to Neil for allowing us to stay in his amazing villa.”

“Neil's villa is in a spectacular location with fantastic views. The pool area is sensational. Very peaceful. The bay below is about a 15 min walk - a bit longer coming back up but very doable unless you have mobility problems. There are a few restaurants in the bay - Zolithros was a highlight. A car is advisable for getting around to other areas. Get one with slightly higher suspension though if possible. The road approaching the villa is unmade and a little bumpy. The house has all you need for a great vacation - the kitchen is well equipped with a good BBQ area outside. The bedrooms are all ensuite and the aircons all work well and are nice and quiet. All in all it was great. Will definitely be back.”
